EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON RAISING STRENGTH AND TOUGHNESS OF CONCRETE BY MODIFIED COARSE POLYPROPYLENE-STEEL FIBERS

摘要: 通过大量的试验对比,得到凯泰(CTA)改性聚丙烯纤维(粗)与钢纤维的混杂对混凝土性能的影响效果。高弹性模量的钢纤维能够提高混凝土的抗压强度、初裂应力和抗弯强度,低弹性模量的改性聚丙烯(粗)纤维可以提高混凝土的韧性和抗弯能力。通过调节两种不同性能的纤维在混凝土中的配合比,可以综合提高混凝土各方面的性能,满足工程对纤维混凝土的不同功能要求,包括抗冲击性能、抗裂、较好的弯曲韧性和抗疲劳性能等。Abstract: The effect of the modified coarse polypropylene fiber-steel fiber on concrete behavior was obtained.The steel fiber with a higher elastic modulus can enhance compressive strength,anti-initial cracking stress and bending strength of concrete;whereas the modified coarse polypro pylene fiber with a lower elastic modulus can improve tough ness and antistrain capacity of concrete.All the behaviors of concrete may be enhance by regulating the mix of the two fibers in concrete,which can make concrete have different behaviors,including anticrack,better bending toughness and fatigue resistance etc.
