STABILITY STUDY ON ADHESIVE MATERIAL OF RETARD-BONDED PRESTRESSING STRAND

摘要: 对缓凝胶粘剂材料力学性能的稳定性进行了试验研究,测试了不同的固化周期、不同的环境温度、盐雾条件、湿热条件、加速老化后的拉压强度值,证实了缓凝胶粘剂力学性能的稳定性,可以满足不同环境条件下缓粘结预应力筋的使用,为缓粘结预应力技术的工程应用创造了条件。Abstract: It was researched the stability of the mechanical performance for the adhesive,tested the tensile and compressive strength of adhesive material in different curing cycle,different temperature,salt spray conditions,hot and humid conditions and artificial accelerated aging conditions.The results confirmed the stability of the mechanical performance for the adhesive,which would meet the use of retard-bonded prestressing strands under different environmental conditions and create conditions for the application of retard-bonded prestressed concrete technology.
