STUDY ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF ADHESIVE MATERIALS FOR RETARD-BONDED PRESTRESSING STRAND

摘要: 针对缓凝胶粘剂的力学性能进行了系列专项研究,测试了缓凝胶粘剂固化态的抗拉强度、抗折强度以及固化过程的强度变化值,获得了缓凝胶粘剂材料的弹性模量和泊松比。通过对不同批次的试件进行测试,结果表明,缓凝胶粘剂具有优良的力学性能,具备作为缓粘结预应力技术核心介质的必需条件,从而实现与有粘结力学性能媲美的良好效应。Abstract: It has been conducted a series of special studies on mechanical properties of the retard-cohesive adhesive,tested tensile strength value and flexural strength value of retard-cohesive adhesive and intensity changing value during solidifying process,educed the modulus of elasticity and Poisson's ratio of adhesive material.Through testing different batches of samples,the results indicate that the adhesive has good mechanical properties,also has the requirements as the core media for retard-bonded prestressed concrete technology,and has a mechanical effect being on a par with bonded one.
