STRUCTURE STRENGTHENING DESIGN OF A FRAME-SHEAR WALL BUILDING WITH TWELVE FLOORS

摘要: 某地12层小高层住宅,框架剪力墙结构,由于施工原因,使得1~5层所有混凝土构件强度等级只有C15(设计强度等级为C30)。通过对结构整体进行复核验算,确定加固方案,采用在原结构中增设剪力墙减小轴压比,碳纤维加固框架梁以及梁端加腋等加固措施,使结构满足安全要求。可供类似工程的加固设计参考。Abstract: The project is about the modification engineering of a frame-shear wall building with twelve floors.Because of the construction,the strength of concrete is only C15(design strength is C30).Several treatments are applied to the structural strengthening,including adding shear walls to decrease axial compression ratio,strengthening of beams with CFRP and haunched beam ends.The results will supply some good references for strengthening design of similar peojects.
