EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON MECHANICAL PROPERTY OF SELF-COMPACTING CONCRETE

摘要: 根据《自密实高性能混凝土设计与施工指南》成功配制了C30、C50两个强度等级的自密实混凝土,通过立方体抗压强度试验、棱柱体轴心抗压强度试验和立方体劈裂抗拉强度试验对自密实混凝土的基本力学性能进行了试验研究。通过对试验结果的分析,得到了自密实混凝土的立方体抗压强度、棱柱体抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弹性模量、峰值应变、极限应变、泊松比等力学性能指标,并建立了自密实混凝土应力-应变全曲线方程。这些将为今后建立自密实混凝土结构设计规程提供依据。Abstract: This paper get C30 and C50 self-compacting concrete according to the manual of SCC desgn and construction.The experimental research on mechanics performance included the cubic compression strength experiment,the prismy compression strength and the splitting strength experiment.Through the analysis of experimental result the cubic compression strength,the prismy compression strength,the splitting strength,elastic module,peak strain,utmost strain and poisson ratio are obtained,and the formula of stress-strain curves is proposed.These mechanics performance conclusions will provide references for establishing related regulations of SCC structure.
