Abstract: It is discussed the scientific and rational research/analysis method that is based on rational analyses of existing conditions,acquisition of rational concepts and rational expressions of planning schemes.It is also attempted to create a functionally reasonable and featured design,which is also adapted to typical Chinese philosophy.
