APPLICATION OF STRAIN-CONTROL BY COMPUTERS DURING UNDERPINNING TO BEAM AND COLUMN IN REPLACED CONCRETE STRENGTHENING FOR A TALL BUILDING

摘要: 某工程第5层框架柱混凝土不合格,经加固方案比较后决定采用置换混凝土加固法。由于被置换混凝土部位的结构荷载较大,为确保上部结构和施工操作的安全,在置换混凝土加固过程中采用计算机控制系统,通过应变测试仪和粘贴在支撑结构及被置换结构或构件表面的应变片连接,在卸载过程中采用机械式千斤顶对结构施加顶升力时,结构发生的应变通过应变片传输到计算机控制系统,能准确地反映被置换混凝土部位结构的内力、变形和残余变形以及支撑结构的内力等,从而使操作者了解到结构的真实受力状态。采用千分表监控结构位移,为卸载提供可靠的依据,最终达到结构卸载的目的。该工程在置换混凝土加固施工时加入了应变测试仪和计算机控制装置进行结构卸载,保障了结构在置换混凝土加固施工过程中结构和操作人员的安全。Abstract: The concrete for frame columns on the 5th floor for a tall building is unacceptable.Therefore,the method of replaced concrete is selected.Computer-control system and strain gauges are used during construction by this strengthening method;meanwhile mechanical jacks are also used in unloading process,by which the internal forces,deformation,residual deformation of the structure at replaced concrete position can be reflected accurately.The displacement of the structure is monitored by micrometers,which provides reliable basis for unloading,thus the safety of the operators and the structure can be ensured during the construction of strengthening the structure.
