STUDY ON HIGH PERFORMANCE GROUTS'RESISTANCE TO CHLORIDE ION EROSION

摘要: 试验研究了水灰比对灌浆料各项性能的影响,分析外加剂改善灌浆料各项性能的作用机理,并从总氯离子含量、电通量和氯离子扩散系数三个方面对灌浆料的抗氯离子侵蚀性能进行研究。结果表明:配制的灌浆料具有零泌水、零收缩、大流动性、高抗氯离子渗透性和低水灰比(0.27~0.30)等性能;根据Nernst-Einstein方程推出氯离子扩散系数与电通量呈正比关系;降低水灰比可大大降低灌浆料的电通量、提高灌浆料的抗氯离子渗透性能。Abstract: The influence of water-cement ratio on performance of grouts is studied,the mechanism of admixture to improve performance of grouts are analysed and the grouts'resistance to chloride ion erosion is studied by total chloride ion content,electric charge and chloride ion diffusion coefficient.The results show that high performance grouts with zero bleeding,no shrinking,high flowability,high ability to resist chloride ion penetration and low water-cement ratio(0.27~0.30) are developed;the direct ratio relationship between electric charge and chloride ion diffusion coefficient is induced according to Nernst-Einstein equation.Electric charge can be reduced and grouts' ability to resist chloride ion penetration can be improved largely by reducing water-cement ratio.
