Abstract: The development of economy accelerates the process of urbanization,and leads to the vanishing of urban culture and,at the same time,makes the desertification of urban culture become more severe day by day.In facing with the(citys) desertification,it is proposed an idea of city stage,i.e.through a new function which is transplanted in the disused old industrial factory buildings and meets the needs of mordern people,which can attract a great number of them to show their concern,and thus restoring the desert to the beach.
