STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF POST-BUILT FLOOR IN A SHOPPING CENTER IN SHENYANG

摘要: 沈阳市某购物中心为扩大商用面积,在层高为6.2 m的底层局部后置了面积为2 060 m2的夹层。提出通过在钢筋混凝土柱上后置牛腿、用牛腿承托后置双梁、用后置双梁作主梁承托交叉次梁和楼板的后置夹层设计思路。给出了后置牛腿、后置双梁的设计计算过程及相关节点构造,可供同类工程加层改造设计参考。Abstract: In order to expand commercial utilization area, a floor with the area of 2 060 m2 is pos-t built in the ground floor which is 61 2 m high. The design thought is presented, that is: pos-t building corbel from the reinforced concrete column, making the corbel supporting post-built double beams, and making the double beams as main beam and supporting cross secondary beam and floor. The design process and the relative joint constructions of pos-t built corbel and pos-t built double beams are introduced, which can be served as reference for the the design of pos-t built floor of similar projects.
