OPTIMUM DESIGN RESEARCH ON STEEL FRAME PRE-HEATER TOWER OF CEMENT KILN

摘要: 水泥窑尾预热器塔架是新型干法水泥生产线中的重要构筑物,塔架的结构设计一般参照高层民用建筑进行,但由于荷载条件不同、结构布置受到工艺要求和设备安装限制,塔架在结构布置及性能等方面有一定特殊性。通过对采用钢框架-支撑体系的某水泥窑窑尾预热器塔架进行优化设计,在多方案比选基础上,结合工艺要求,确定了调整钢柱布置减小钢梁跨度、采用方钢管柱和方钢管混凝土柱代替H型钢柱的优化设计方案,塔架主体钢结构用钢量降低约25%。同时研究了窑尾塔架结构的受力特点。Abstract: Pre-heater tower is an important structure of the new-style dry process cement production line. The pre-heater tower structure is often designed according to related codes for civil high-rise buildings. Due to special load condition, technical requirements and equipment layout, the tower frame structure has restricted structural layout and different structural performance. In this paper, a 5000TPD double series cement kiln was taken as a case study and the structure design of its braced steel frame pre-heater tower was optimized. Based on scheme comparison and the technical requirements, the optimum design scheme was determined to be re-arrangement of columns to reduce the beam span and replacing H-shape steel columns by rectangular hollow section columns or concrete-filled ones. About 25% of the total amount of steel was saved by the optimum design. In addition, the structural characteristics of the steel frame pre-heater tower were studied.
