EXPERIMENT ONMONITORING SENSOR FOR THE STEEL CORROSION IN CONCRETE

摘要: 对一种混凝土中预埋式梯形阳极传感器进行介绍, 通过测量传感器中阳极的电位及其与阴极之间的宏电流, 监测混凝土中的钢筋在含氯环境下的腐蚀危险性随时间变化的情况。实验室的测试表明, 该梯形阳极传感器可较好地判断临界氯离子浓度侵入混凝土中的深度, 从而可以提前判断钢筋腐蚀的危险性。Abstract: A kind of anode-ladder sensor for new concrete structure is introduced. Through measuring the voltage of the anodes and the macrocell currents between the anodes and cathodes in sensor, it is monitored the corrosion risk for the reinforcement in concrete exposed to environments that contain chloride. Tests of the sensor in laboratory show that, this anode-ladder sensor can indicate the depth of the critical chloride content in concrete perfectly, and can judge the corrosion risk for reinforcement before cracks occur.
