Abstract: It is pointed out through studying on the form of a high-tech research and development office building that design of high-tech research and development office building should be based on holding the essence of function, psychics and environment, and through a design thinking process of analysis, conforming, and expressing, to bring a methodical, systematical, clear, and orderly expressing of its deep essence out of external factors of building form. Then the writer analyzes her three projects of high-tech research and development office building, in order to further expound that the study or the design form of high-tech research and development office building is an organic unification of general character and individuality.
