FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF UNIAXIAL COMPRESSION FRP-CONFINED SQUARE COLUMN SECTION STRESS DISTRIBUTION

摘要: 在利用有限元方法对方形截面约束混凝土轴心受压构件进行三维非线性分析的基础上,研究纤维约束混凝土方形截面柱的轴心受压性能,并根据分析结果对其受力机理进行探讨。根据分析所得的截面应力分布,指出方形截面约束混凝土柱在轴心受压作用下,在截面上会产生剪应变和剪应力。同时也对纤维布环向应力分布不均匀的原因给予解释。提出用最小正应力与最大正应力的比值作为强弱约束区的划分方法,并对约束混凝土柱倒角对纤维应力分布和混凝土截面的应力分布的影响进行讨论。Abstract: The behavior of FRP-confined concrete square columns under uniaxial compression is analyzed by 3-D nonlinear finite element method. Based on the analysis result, the columns section stress distribution and mechanism are discussed and pointed out that there is shear stress and shear strain in the columns cross section which is under uniaxial compression. It is also explained the cause of FRP stress asymmetrical distribution around the cross section. A suggestion of dividing weakly confined region from cross section by the ratio of the first principal stress and the third principal stress is developed. It is also discussed the affection of fillet radius of cross section on stress distribution.
