Abstract: The resource circulation housing is a new kind of the sustainable housing, it can embody the request of building energy-saving much more. From the angle of entire life cycle, this paper discusses the energy-saving construction main point and measures of the resource circulation housing during its whole course of scheme and proposal, layout and design, build and construction, running, backout, disposal and regeneration. So it has far-reaching practical instructive meaning to realize the resource-saving and environmen-t friendly society and the building energy-saving.
