EXPERIMENT ON HIGH STRENGTH COLD2FORMED STEEL WALL STUDS UNDER AXIAL COMPRESSION AND FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS

摘要: 通过对10根550MPa高强冷弯薄壁型钢墙体骨架立柱的足尺轴压试验,得到立柱的极限承载力和破坏模式,并在试验的基础上建立墙体骨架立柱有限元分析模型。在有限元分析模型的正确性得到试验充分验证的情况下,对高强冷弯薄壁型钢墙体骨架立柱进行参数分析,分析结果表明:自攻螺钉直径的变化、采用两个螺钉连接立柱与导轨、导轨厚度和屈服强度的变化以及改变墙体骨架立柱间距均对墙体骨架立柱的轴压承载力没有显著影响;在墙体骨架两侧设置柔性拉条对立柱轴压承载力的提高很有帮助,拉条间距小于1/4柱高后承载力提高幅度不大。

Abstract: An experimental study on ten full2size 550MPa high strength cold2formed thin2wall steel wall studs subjected to axial loads is carried out. The ultimate load carrying capacity and failure modes of all wall studs are obtained by tests. Based on the test, the finite element analysis model is established. A detailed parameter analysis is carried out after the finite element analysis model has been validated by test data. The parameter analysis results show that it doesnt have a significant effect on the ultimate load carrying capacity of high strength cold2formed steel wall studs under axial compression by changing the diameter and number of the self2drilling screws, altering the thickness and yield strength of the tracks and the wall stud spacing ; it is helpful to enhance the ultimate load carrying capacity of the wall studs by setting plate strips on both sides of the wall studs, but the ultimate load carrying capacity of the wall studs increase little when the plate strip spacing decreases below 1P4 the length of the wall stud. -
