STUDY ON THE INFLUENCE OF INFUSED RESIN ON DURABILITY OF CFRP SHEETS UNDER THE ENVIRONMENT OF NORTH CHINA

摘要: 碳纤维片材加固混凝土结构广泛应用于土木工程。仅就碳纤维本身而言,其性能受环境影响较小,作为FRP复合材料,其耐久性能还要受到树脂性能的影响。对目前土木工程加固常用的两种碳纤维片材及树脂耐久性进行了对比性试验研究。2年来已进行了16组共80个试件的试验。考察在华北地区自然环境条件下老化对其抗拉强度、伸长率和弹性模量等的影响。试验结果表明,浸渍树脂抗拉强度与碳纤维片材抗拉强度有一定关系,而伸长率和弹性模量的变化受树脂耐久性能的影响不明显。Abstract: Concrete structures reinforced by CFRP sheets are widely used in civil projects. As far as CFRP itself is concerned, environment takes little influence on its capability. However, as a complex material, capability of CFRP is influenced by the capability of resin. Durability of two common CFRP sheets and resin were compared and studied. Sixteen groups of sheets which are 80 sheets were tested in recent 2 years. Influence of nature environment on strength, extensibility and Young?? s modulus was investigated in north China. The results indicate that strength of CFRP sheets has relation to strength of infused resin, while durability has little influence on Young?? s modulus and extensibility.
