STUDY ON THE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF LIGHTWEIGHT AGGREGATE CONCRETE IMPROVED BY STEEL FIBERSMETHOD

摘要: 采用钢纤维及钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维混合配制LC30、LC35轻骨料混凝土,研究纤维掺量对轻骨料混凝土力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,钢纤维轻骨料混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度以及弯曲韧性,较基准轻骨料混凝土有明显提高,但表观密度相应增大;钢纤维和聚丙烯纤维混和掺入轻骨料混凝土可以在不增加表观密度,保证强度的基础上,有效地改善轻骨料混凝土的韧性。Abstract: Steel fibers, steel fibers and polypropylene fibers were introduced to reinforce lightweight aggregate concrete (LWAC) of LC30 and LC35.It was studied the effect of steel fiber dosage on the mechanical properties of LWAC.The results indicate compressive strength, flexural strength and toughness of steel fibers lightweight aggregate concrete (SFLWAC) have been increased significantly as compared to reference LWAC.But its apparent density will be increased correspondingly.By fibers mixture, the toughness of LWAC is improved effectively, and both its low apparent density and strength are then maintained.
