HEALTH MONITORING SYSTEM FOR OVERBRIDGE STRUCTUREOF A STEELWORKS

摘要: 为保证某大型钢厂过桥结构的正常工作,对该过桥结构设置定期健康监测系统。首先介绍该健康监测系统的设计方案和硬软件设备及其实现,重点对该健康监测系统在生产过程中所监测的过桥结构的动态反应进行分析。监测结果表明,该过桥结构实时监测系统能够协调运行,实现了预期设计功能。该大型钢厂过桥结构实时监测系统的设计、实现和运行,为过桥结构安全评定方法提供了大量丰富的数据,为类似结构健康监测的设计与实施积累了经验。Abstract: The health monitoring system for overbridge of a steelworks is designed and implemented by employing the design method proposed by authors.Firstly, the monitoring item of the health monitoring is determined.Then the type, location and performance of the sensors, the data acquisition module are studied and implemented.The system has been running and collecting data since the overbridge works.The monitoring results indicate the performance of sy stem has reached the designed objectives.
