EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE LONGITUDINAL CRACKS DUE TO STEEL CORROSION IN CONCRETE BEAMS IN ATMOSPHERIC ENVIRONMENT

摘要: 对大气环境中41根钢筋混凝土梁的锈蚀顺筋裂缝规律进行试验。结果表明,保护层厚度与应力状态是梁产生顺筋裂缝的主要影响因素,保护层越厚越不容易产生顺筋裂缝,受拉区出现顺筋锈蚀裂缝的可能性是受压区的2倍,并对可能的原因进行分析;提出可供锈蚀结构耐久性评价的顺筋裂缝宽度与锈蚀率关系的计算模型。Abstract: Experimental study on the longitudinal cracks of 41 corroded reinforcement concrete beams in atmospheric environment is carried out.The concrete cover depth and stress state of the beams have great effect on the longitudinal cracks.It is difficult for the longitudinal cracks to occur with a thick concrete cover.The possibility of the longitudinal cracks occurring at the tensile zone is doubled of that at the compression zone and the possible reasons are also analyzed. The quantitative relationship of longitudinal cracks width and steel corrosion rate is presented, which is valid for estimating the durability of concrete beams.
