EFFECTOF STEEL FIBER TYPE ON CONCRETE BENDING PROPERTIES

摘要: 选用铣削、弓形、圆直形三种类型的钢纤维,对其对混凝土的增强与增韧作用进行试验。试验结果表明,铣削、弓形、圆直形钢纤维混凝土的抗弯强度分别比基准混凝土提高19.0%、13.6%、9.5%,而其弯曲韧性系数分别比基准混凝土提高355.3%、501.0%、204.8%。按增强与增韧作用,三种类型的钢纤维可以划分为增强、增韧和普通型。可根据不同的工程需要,选用不同类型的钢纤维。Abstract: :Mill-cut, hooked end and straight-round steel fibers were used, whose effects on concrete were experimentally studied.The results show that the bending strengths of till-cut, hooked end and straight-round steel fiber concretes are respectively increasd by 19.0%、13.6% and 9.5% over reference concrete, and their JCI toughness coefficient is increased by 355.3 %、501.0 % and 204.8 % over reference concrete.three kinds of steel fibers may be divided into ordinary, reinforcing-strength and reinforcing-toughness steel fibers on the basis of their effect on concrete.The steel fiber of different geometrical form is used according to the needs of projects.
