EXPERIMENT ON ULTIMATE BEARING CAPACITY AND SHEAR RIGIDITY OF STUD CONNECTORS

摘要: 对焊接圆柱头栓钉连接件,考虑栓钉直径、混凝土强度及钢纤维配置三个因素,进行三因素三水平正交推出试验。试验数据的极差和方差分析表明,在混凝土中配置钢纤维不影响栓钉的抗剪承载力和剪切滑移刚度,但栓钉的剪切刚度随混凝土强度的提高而增大,剪切刚度与滑移量呈双曲函数关系;并给出栓钉极限承载力及剪切刚度的计算公式。重复加载试验表明,即使在剪力很小时,对栓钉卸载其滑移变形仍不能恢复。Abstract: Based on 3 factors of stud diameter and concrete intensity and steel fibre, orthogonal push -off tests of weldedstud shear connectorswere conducted. The analysis of range and variance shows that the steel fiber inside concrete has noeffect on ultimate carrying capacity and shear rigidity of stud. Shear rigidity of stud increases as concrete intensity. Therelation between shear rigidity and slip is hyperbolic function. Formulae calculating ultimate carrying capacity and shearrigidity of stud are given. The repeat load tests show that the slip is no comeback with unloading even if low -shear.
