ANALYSIS AND REINFORCEMENT OF QUALITY ACCIDENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL WORKSHOP

摘要: 某工业厂房因不均匀沉降出现裂缝等问题,未通过当地建筑工程质量监督部门的验收。导致该厂房不均匀沉降的主要原因有:地质勘察报告精度不够,桩型选择不当,桩平面布置不合理,部分柱下桩基承载力不够,桩基施工质量较差,桩基检测不符合规范要求。据此提出对沉降大的承台用锚杆静压桩限沉加固,对梁裂缝用环氧树脂封闭,部分裂缝较大的梁在梁底粘贴碳纤维进行加固。Abstract: An industrial workshop couldn't be checked and accepted by local government due to cracks by asymmetric settlement.The following factors are the main reasons of producing the workshop asymmetric settlement: the lack of precision on geological reconnaissance,the unsuitableness of pile type and collocation,the lack of bear the weight of part pile foundation,the poor quality of construction,nonstandard test.Accordingly,following countermeasures were put forward to reinforce and restrain settlement by static bolt-pressing pile to the ground with larger settlement,to treat beam crack by epoxy resin,to reinforce beam with wide crack by carbon fibre.
