EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON DRY-SHRINKAGE AND BULKING FACTOR OF GRC PLATE USED FOR FORMWORK

摘要: 通过正交试验,对影响GRC平板干缩性能和湿胀性能的诸多因素及其水平进行了优选,分别找出了影响显著的主要因素及其影响规律和机理,通过计算分析,给出各影响因素的主次顺序,计算出干缩性能和湿胀性能与诸因素水平之间的关系。根据试验结果和理论计算结果,通过综合平衡分析,从中优选出干缩性能和湿胀性能都较优的材料配比组合,并进行理论值计算。研究成果为拟用作模板的GRC板的设计和使用提供了试验依据。Abstract: Some factors influencing dry-shrinkage factor and bulking factor of GRC plate and the corresponding levels were studied,and some key factors and influencing laws were found through orthogonal experiment.The influence sequence of these key factors and relationship with dry-shrinkage and bulking performance were presented by theoretical analysis.According to experimental,theoretical results and equilibrium analysis,several matched groups that could brought good dry-shrinkage and bulking performance were obtained,and the corresponding performance indexes were estimated.An experimental and theoretical gist for design and practical application of GRC plate desired to used for formwork could be provided.
