EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE FLEXURAL TOUGHNESS OF STEEL FIBER REINFORCED CONCRETE

摘要: 试验研究和工程实践表明,钢纤维混凝土具有良好弯曲韧性,《纤维混凝土结构技术规程》(CECS38∶2004)在隧洞支护与补砌、工业建筑地面设计中引入弯曲韧度指数和弯曲韧度比,这与以往基于ASTMC1018弯曲韧性指数不同。通过四点弯曲梁弯曲韧性试验,利用不同方法计算弯曲韧性指标,对钢纤维体积率和混凝土强度对钢纤维混凝土弯曲韧性的影响进行分析。Abstract: The excellent flexural toughness of steel fiber reinforced concrete has been testified by experimental studies and practice of project,and in Technical Specification of Fiber Reinforced Concrete Structure(CSCS 38∶2004),the toughness index is used in the designing of industrial structure ground and shoring of tunnel,but it is different that based on ASTM C1018.In this study,by the experiment on flexural toughness of the steel fiber reinforced concrete specimen,the index is calculated by various methods,and the influence of the volume ratio and concrete strength is studied.
