AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON SHRINKAGE DEFORMATION FOR COMMERCIAL CONCRETE

摘要: 对28个商品混凝土无筋构件的收缩变形进行360d持续的量测,对混凝土龄期、混凝土抗压强度、构件所处的环境条件和构件尺寸这4个因素对收缩的影响进行分析。通过对67组试验数据的回归分析,得出标准条件下考虑混凝土龄期及抗压强度的收缩基本方程;在此基础上,依据试验数据并参考其他试验资料,采用多系数叠加法确定环境中的温湿度影响系数及构件尺寸影响系数,并得出非标准条件下商品混凝土的多系数收缩变形估算公式,公式的计算结果与130组实测收缩变形吻合良好。Abstract: The shrinkage deformation of 28 commercial concrete members is measured on series 360days,and the concrete age,the compressive strength,the environmental condition and the dimension of member are analyzed in detail.Based on 67 experimental data,considering the effect of the concrete age and the compressive strength,the basic formula of shrinkage is gained under standard condition by aggression analysis;Furthermore,the multi-coefficient formula of shrinkage for commercial concrete under non-standard conditions is gained by Multi-coefficient superposition method,and in the formula,the temperature-relative humidity coefficient and the dimension coefficient are considered.The calculation result of the multi-coefficient formula agrees well with the 130 experimental datas.
