ENERGY -SAVING SHAPE DESIGN OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN XI. AN REGION

摘要: 建筑物体型会影响建筑节能效果,因此提出在体型设计中,应控制或降低建筑物的体型系数、控制表面面积系数、考虑日辐射得热量等因素,并结合西安地区居住建筑的特点,以建筑面积2 000~7 000m2的多层住宅为例,分析满足《民用建筑节能设计标准(采暖居住建筑部分)》中对体型系数宜控制在0.3及0.3以下的原则要求时,栋深、栋长及层数的关系,为建筑节能体型的设计提供参考。Abstract: The shape design of a building will affect the building energy -saving. It is pointed out that the building shapecoefficient and the surface area coefficient should be controlled or reduced aswell as the obtained heat of daily radiation inbuilding shape design. According to the peculiarity of residential building in Xi. an, it is analyzed the relations amonglength, width and height of 2 000~ 7 000m 2 multiple storey residential building on the principle of shape coefficient ofbuilding S [ 013 according to the suggestions in / Energy Conservation Design Standard for New Heating ResidentialBuilding0, which may be a reference for design of energy saving shape of a building.
