STUDY ON VIBRATION OF FRAME FOUNDATION UNDER MACHINERY

摘要: 通过对工程实例的计算和机器的实际运行监测结果分析表明,在高转速机器作用下的框架基础按共振法控制的设计原则是不合理的,而应采用振幅法的控制设计原则。同时计算分析表明,在多振型的共同作用下,阻尼比的变化只是在很小的程度上影响振动的大小。Abstract: By computation and practical example of running machine,it is shown that the frame foundation under high-frequency machine should not be designed in design principle of avoiding resonance,but should be designed in contral principle of vibration amplitude.Meanwhile,it is shown that the effect of variation of damping ratio on the vibration-amplitudes is only in a small degree in consequence of multi-vibration-model's attending the vibration.
