THE WHOLE COURSE ANALYSIS OF FAILURE BEHAVIOR OF TUBE-GUSSET JOINT IN STEEL TUBULAR TOWER

摘要: 管-板连接节点在高耸钢管塔中应用较多,但对这类节点的研究却很少。以一个实际工程中的钢管塔为研究对象,对典型的管-板连接节点进行了理论探讨和基于弹塑性有限元的破坏全过程分析,并通过足尺模型试验验证了数值分析结果,得出了一些结论,对该类钢管节点的理论研究和工程设计具有重要的意义。Abstract: The tube-gusset joint is widely applied in tall steel tubular tower,however there has been few study on this kind of joint.Combining a steel tubular tower from practical engineering,typical tube-gusset joints were analyzed and whole course analysis based on elasto plastic FEM calculation is conducted.Comparing FEM results with experimental results from full scale model,some conclusions which will be helpful to theoretical study and engineering design of the kind of joints are presented.
