RESEARCH ON CORROSIVE MECHANISM OF OUTDOOR TRUSSES FOR TRANSFORMER SUBSTATION AND ANTICORROSIVE MEASURES

摘要: 早期建设的变电站户外构支架均为钢筋混凝土结构。由于混凝土自身结构特性及当年的技术水平和施工质量等原因,经多年使用后,普遍出现构支架表层混凝土开裂和剥落的腐蚀现象,严重影响变电站的正常操作和安全运行。为此,对变电站户外构支架的腐蚀进行研究,指出其腐蚀机理是混凝土的碳化作用、碱骨料反应、侵蚀性介质腐蚀和钢筋腐蚀的综合效应的结果,提出浮层腐蚀体清除与修补、包裹式防腐及补强的处理方法。工程实践证实:对腐蚀机理的解释是正确的,防腐补强处理方法是可行和有效的。Abstract: Early transformer substation outdoor trusses are all structured in reinforced concrete.Du to the structure feature of the concrete,technical limit and construction quality in the old days,with years' operation,corrosion of craze and peeling wildly appears on the surface concrete of these trusses which seriously affects transformer substation's operation and safety.A research on this corrosion is done and pointed out that the machanism of the corrosion is the overall effect of concrete's carbonization,alkaline aggregate reaction,corrosive media corrosion,and reinforcing steel bar corrosion.It also gives the method about how to clean and patch those corrosive positions and shows us wrapped anticorrosive treatment.Specific engineering practice has proved the correctness of the research on the corrosive mechanism as well as the feasibility and validity of the anticorrosive treatment.
