MECHANICAL PERFORMANCE OF SYNTHETIC STRUCTURAL FIBER REINFORCED CONCRETE AND BOND BEHAVIOUR OF FIBER-MATRIX INTERFACE

摘要: 对3种粗合成纤维增强混凝土的抗压、抗弯强度进行研究并绘制了荷载-挠度曲线,采用日本JSCE方法计算纤维混凝土的抗弯韧性和抗弯韧性系数。通过拔出试验对纤维与混凝土基体的界面粘结性能进行研究,绘制拔出荷载-位移曲线,并对粗合成纤维增强混凝土的机理进行分析。结果表明,此类纤维与基体的界面粘结性能优异,对混凝土有明显的增强、增韧效果。Abstract: The compressive and flexural strengths of three types of synthetic structural fiber reinforced concretes are researched and the load-deformation curves are recorded.By JSCE the beding toughness and bending toughness coefficient are calculated.By pull-out experiments the interfacial bond behaviour between fiber and concrete matrix are researched and the pull-out load-displacement curves are recorded.The mechanisms of fiber reinforced concretes are analyzed.Results show that the interfacial bond behavior is excellent and concretes are reinforced and toughened with these fibers.
