STUDY OF BONDING PERFORMANCE OF THE WATERPROOFING MATERIAL FOR CONCRETE BRIDGE DECKS

摘要: 粘结是桥面防水材料的重要性能之一,直接关系到桥面铺装的层间稳定性。通过拉拔试验,对防水材料粘结性能进行研究,试验结果表明,不同材料的粘结强度差异明显,层间薄弱面位于防水层与桥面混凝土间;随着温度的升高,材料的粘结强度显著降低;粘结强度随时间变化的规律,呈指数函数关系;混凝土表面状况不同,粘结强度也不同,粘结强度与摩擦系数的关系表现为非线性多项式函数关系;防水材料在破坏后的愈合能力,对于卷材防水层,只有其原始状态下的一半多;而涂膜类防水层则在拉裂后几乎失去粘结力。Abstract: Bonding behaviour is one of the important performances of waterpoofing material,which plays an important role in layer stability for concrete bridge decks.The bonding performance is studied by the pull-out testing.The testing results show that there are different bonding strengths for different materials,and the weakness surface lies between waterproofing layer and bridge concrete.At the same time,with the temperature rising,the bonding strength decreases significantly with the exponential function.In addition,the bonding strength changes with the surface condition of concrete and the function is multinomial.Finally the heal-up ability after being destroyed is only half strength for prepared waterproofing sheet,and almost zero for broken paint films.
