RESEARCH ON BOND BEHAVIOR BETWEEN STEEL AND CONCRETE OF SELF-COMPACTING CONCRETE FILLED STEEL TUBES WITH RECTANGULAR SECTIONS

摘要: 钢管混凝土构件在受力过程中,钢管及核心混凝土间的粘结性能一直是设计和研究人员关注的热点问题之一。合理确定钢管与核心混凝土间的粘结强度,是进行钢管混凝土梁柱节点设计的重要前提。通过对矩形钢管自密实混凝土构件界面粘结性能进行的试验研究,对钢管自密实混凝土与钢管普通混凝土进行比较。结果表明,自密实混凝土可以提高钢管与混凝土间的界面粘结强度。最后,提出粘结强度的简化计算公式和粘结应力-相对滑移关系的简化模型。Abstract: The bond behavior between steel tube and core concrete of concrete filled steel tubes under loading is one of the focal points that are concerned by the designers and researchersd.It is an important basis for the design of the connection in concrete filled steel tubular structures to confirm the bond strengths between steel tube and core concrete.Experimental studies on bond behavior of self-compacting concrete filled rectangular steel tubular member are performed,and the differences of bond behavior between normal concrete filled steel tubes and selfcompacting concrete filled steel tube are compared.The results show that the self-concrete can improve the bond strength between the steel tube and core concrete.Finally,the simplified formulas for the bond strength and the simplified model for bond stress versus relative slip relationship are suggested based on the analysis of the test results.
