THE STOREY-ADDING AND REINFORCEMENT DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION FOR A BUILDING

摘要: 通过某大厦的加层加固设计与施工, 探讨由于加层改造导致的框架柱承载力不足的问题及其解决办法。对比增设剪力墙和粘钢等加固方案, 找出结构承载力不足的根本原因, 多方位解决问题。该工程采用的加固方法和思路, 对同类工程具有一定的参考价值。Abstract: The storey-adding and reinforcement design method were discussed through the reconstructing of a building. Various methods were explored to deal with the deficiency of the colomncs strength. The critical factor was found out from comparing the adding shear ing wall, sticking steel plate and other methods. The reinforcement method and thought for this project were significative for the similar engineerings.
