STUDY ON INTEGRAL STABILITY OF HOMEMADE ROLLED H-SECTION BEAMS -APPLICABILITY OF CALCULATION PRINCIPLE OF STABILITY COEFFICIENT TO HOMEMADE HOT-ROLLED H-SECTION BEAMS

摘要: 利用有限元法对国产轧制H 型钢梁的整体稳定性能进行了系统研究, 分析了5钢结构设计规范6(GB 50017-2003) 整体稳定系数的计算原理对国产热轧H 型钢梁的适用性, 指出对HW 型截面计算公式应考虑平面内弯曲的有利影响予以修正, 并用试验验证该结论。Abstract: Using the finite element method, the integral stability of the homemade rolled H-section beams is calculated and the applicability of the theoretical method in / Code for Design of Steel Structures0 (GB 50017-2003) is analyzed. It is indicated that the method offered by the code is conservative excessively for HW-section beams because the effect of major ax is curvature on beam stability is ignored. The formula of calculating stabilization coefficient of HW-section beams should be revised and a test should be carried out to testify the conclusion.
