SEISMIC DESIGN OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING WITH BOTTOM WEAK STORY

摘要: 结合工程实例, 在7 度地震区底层高度为616m 的8 层板式住宅的底层及房屋两端适当布置抗震墙, 形成竖向非连续框架-抗震墙结构体系。对该结构体系进行了多遇地震作用下的抗震性能计算评估和罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析。计算分析结果表明, 采用该框-墙结构体系有效提高了结构底层的侧向刚度和房屋的整体抗扭刚度, 消除了结构底部薄弱层, 改善了结构的抗震性能, 可满足规范规定的三水准抗震设防要求。Abstract: In order to insure the seismic performance of an apartment RC building with 61 6m_high bottom story in the area of seismic fortification intensity 7, the frame_wall plan was adopted, in which RC shear walls were arranged at the ends of the building and bottom story. The seismic performance of the building was evaluated based on the static analysis under frequent earthquake, and the nonlinear time history analysis under rare earthquake was conducted. As a result, the lateral stiffness of the bottom story and the integral torsional stiffness of the building are increased, and the seismic performance of the building is improved due to arranging the shear walls, which meets the three_level criterion of the Seismic Code.
