EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON CRACKING AND RIGIDITY OF HIGH-STRENGTH LIGHT-WEIGHT AGGREGATE CONCRETE BEAMS

摘要: 在6根高强页岩陶粒混凝土梁和2根普通高强混凝土梁试验研究和相关分析的基础上,提出了高强页岩陶粒混凝土梁正截面承载力的计算方法。基于由试验数据分析得到的内力臂系数的值和纵向受拉钢筋应变不均匀系数的计算公式,提出了高强页岩陶粒混凝土梁的抗弯刚度、挠度和裂缝宽度的计算方法,供相关规程修订和工程实践参考。

Abstract: Based on the experimental research of six high-strength shale ceramsite concrete beams and two normal density concrete beams,the calculation method of carrying capacity of normal section of high-strength shale ceramsite concrete beams was put forward.Based on the coefficient of internal force couple arm and coefficient of non-uniform distribution of longitudinal bar strain which were obtained from the experimental data,the calculation methods of bending rigidity of section,deflection and crack width of high-strength shale ceramsite concrete beams were put forward.The results may be referenced for revising relevant specifications and practical engineering. -
