RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW ACRYLATE ANCHOR BOLT

摘要: 研制了一种新型丙烯酸酯化学锚栓。通过研究其单体/共聚物比例(质量比)、促进剂种类及相对丙烯酸树脂添加量、固化剂种类及相对丙烯酸树脂添加量等因素对胶凝时间的影响,确定了新型锚栓的基本配方,并与不饱和树脂锚栓进行了性能对比。新型锚栓产品反应活性高、固化更快速、锚固力更优良,且环保无污染。该产品填补了国内建筑加固领域此类产品的空白,性价比优于国外同类产品。Abstract: A new acrylate anchor bolt has been developed,whose basic formulation was determined by studying the effects of monomer/copolymer ratio(mass ratio),type of premoter and its dosage,curing agent and its dosage ect.on gelling time.The property of the new anchor bolt was also compared with that of unsaturated resin anchor bolt.The new anchor bolt features high activity,fast curing,excellent anchoring force and having no pollution to environment.
