EVALUATION METHOD OF DURABILITY OF FRP

摘要: 随着FRP加固结构的广泛应用,其耐久性问题也日益突出并受到关注。在FRP材料、浸渍树脂及CFRP-混凝土粘结性能的系列耐久性试验的基础上,从理论上提出了一种评价其耐久性的方法。在此评价方法中建立了单一快速试验环境和复合快速试验环境下FRP名义力学性能衰减模型,在分析快速和自然老化试验结果对应关系时提出并计算了单一和复合加速因子。通过名义力学性能平均衰减速率这一指标建立了从未知材料到已知材料的映射,对未知材料进行耐久性评价。Abstract: With the wide use of FRP strengthened structures,the problem of their durability has been highlighted and concerned.On the basis of the experiments of durability of FRP,saturating resin and adhesive behavior of CFRP and concrete,a theoretical evaluation method was proposed.The models of nominal mechanical performance of FRP under single and compound accelerated experiments were established for the evaluation method.The single and compound accelerated factors were proposed and calculated when analyzed the relationship between the results of the accelerated and outdoor exposure experiments.The mapping from the unknown material to the known material was established through nominal mechanical performance average deterioration rate to evaluate the durability of the unknown material.
