INSPECTION AND APPRAISAL OF THE STEEL CRANE GIRDER FOR UPGRADING OF CRANE IN A FACTORY BUILDING

摘要: 某钢结构厂房已有四十多年的历史,吊车梁系统严重损坏。由于生产工艺改造要求,需要提升吊车吨位。对吊车梁系统进行了全面检查,并对吊车梁的动、静挠度和应力进行了现场测试。对吊车梁的承载能力和挠度进行了验算。根据现场检查、测试和验算分析结果,对吊车梁系统提出了加固处理意见,并提出了在吊车梁下翼缘新设钢桁架和新增实腹钢梁的加固方案。Abstract: A steel factory building has been used for over forty years and the crane system was damaged seriously.The renovation of the factory leads to raising the carrying capacity of the crane and their girders.The crane system was inspected and dynamic test was performed on the crane girders to obtain their deflection and stress.The load bearing capacities and deflection of the steel crane girders were calculated.Based on the inspection,dynamic test in site and calculation results,reinforcement measures for the crane system were proposed.Two strengthening methods of the steel crane girders by adding steel truss and I-shaped steel beam underneath the existing girders were presented.
