THE EFFECT OF FACTURE AND FIXING ERROR ON BEARING CAPACITY OF COLD-FORMED THIN-WALLED C STEEL COLUMN

摘要: 采用柱挠度曲线法(CDC法)分析了制作和安装误差(初弯曲、初偏心)对冷弯薄壁C型钢轴心压杆承载能力的影响。分析时取有效截面,以变刚度杆件为模型,计算了当初始弯曲及偏心率分别为H/1 000、H/750和H/500时柱子曲线的变化。根据分析结果,建议现行规范对冷弯薄壁型钢构件可适当放宽其制作及安装误差的限制。Abstract: Based on the column deflection curve method(CDC method),it was analyzed the effect of facture and fixing error(initial bend and initial eccentricity) on the bearing capactiy of cold_formed thin_walled C steel column.Considering the effect of effective section and using mutable rigid member as model,it was calculated the change of column curves when the initial bend and eccentricity was H/1000,H/750 and H/500 respectively.According to the result,it was also advised to relax the limit of the facture and fixing error of cold_formed thin_walled steel member.
