精心改造再现生机——一般性旧建筑改造的探索与实践

摘要: 一般性旧建筑的改造就是对建筑原有使用功能进行置换或完善,并通过改造使旧建筑的生命周期得以循环和延续。由于一般性旧建筑数量较多,对其加以改造进行再循环开发利用,能取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。通过3个一般性旧建筑改造工程的实例,介绍了分别侧重内部空间和外部形象的两种改造设计方式。

Abstract: The reform of ordinary old buildings is the replacement or perfection of the original use functions of the old buildings;the cycling and continuing of life cycle of old buildings can be realized by the reform.Excellent economic and social benefits can also be obtained through the reform of larger quantity of ordinary old buildings.Two kinds of reform designs,where the internal space and external image are emphasized respectively,are expounded by reforming three ordinary old buildings.
