CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON PRESTRESSED CABLE ARCH STRUCTURES

摘要: 海关总署西配楼为5层混凝土框架结构,因建筑功能改变,需在原结构顶部新增一层。新增拱形屋顶结构形式为预应力索拱结构。首先简要介绍了预应力索拱结构,然后使用施工仿真计算方法对结构不同施工阶段进行模拟,对不同荷载工况下结构变形及应力进行了分析,校核了钢结构及预应力钢索选型,确定了施工时预应力钢索初始预拉应力。为对该结构形式进一步研究,选取了一榀预应力索拱结构进行了1:1模型试验,模拟预应力钢索张拉过程。另外,介绍了预应力索拱结构的施工技术,包括钢索张拉技术、应力监控技术等,并提供了部分张拉转换件做法,可供类似工程参考。Abstract: An official building is a five floors RC frame structure.Because of the change in architecture functions,a new floor will be added.The added structure is prestressed cable structure.The prestressed cable structure is accounted briefly first,then its different construction periods are simulated by the FEM software.The structural deformation and stress due to different load cases are calculated,so the initial cable stress can be determined.To study this type of structure,one prestressed cable structure is tested for the construction period.Finally,the construction technology of prestressed cable structure is accounted,including the cable prestressing technology,stress monitoring technology.And also the specific equipment for prestressing technology may be a reference for other similar projects.
