STUDY ON DURABILITY OF COVER CONCRETE FOR RAILWAY BRIDGES IN ARID REGIONS

摘要: 针对我国西北地区气候特点,讨论了干旱地区保护层混凝土的碳化特征,并结合现场实测数据分析了桥梁保护层混凝土的碳化规律,基于混凝土强度和碳化深度的测试值提出了保护层混凝土碳化寿命预测公式。在回归分析和实验室加速碳化试验的基础上,给出了干旱地区桥梁混凝土强度和保护层厚度的合理取值。Abstract: The carbonation character and mechanism of cover concrete of reinforced concrete bridges in northwestern arid regions are discussed.Based on the data of concrete strength and depth of carbonation acquired from inspection in-site,the formula of life forecasting is put foreward.The accelerating carbonation of concrete test specimen was also done in the lab.The reasonable depth of concrete cover and concrete strength of railway bridges suitable for arid regions is given through regressive analysis
