THE TREATMENT OF PRESTRESS TIGHTWIRE COUPLER FAILURE AND STRUCTURAL LOADING TEST IN AN ATHLETIC FIELD OF A HIGH SCHOOL

摘要: 简要介绍了某中学运动场预应力施工中钢绞线连接器发生失效的情况,对事故产生的原因进行了分析,提出了无粘结预应力搭接加固处理方案,并成功地进行了实施。通过大型现场荷载试验,对采用连接器的超长预应力次粱结构的使用性能及连接器的可靠性进行了检验。Abstract: It is presented briefly that the failure of a steel strand coupler during the tension of the prestressed tendon in a high school. As a result of the analysis of its reasons,the scheme adopting overlapping unbonded prestressed tendon for the reinforcement is proposed and successfully accomplished. And the data on the site test substantiates the efficiency of the steel strand coupler and the performance of the ultra long prestressed secondary girder structural system,which adopts steel strand couplers.
