CAUSE ANALYSIS AND TREATMENT OF CRACKS ACCIDENT TO A FACTORY BUILDING ROOF TRUSS

摘要: 某工业厂房采用24m跨预应力折线形屋架,在屋架吊装扶直过程中,上弦部位出现裂缝。详细分析了裂缝出现的原因,采用环氧树脂压力灌浆法结合粘贴钢板法进行加固补强,取得了良好效果。Abstract: The prestressed broken line roof truss of 24m span was used for a factory building. Cracks occurred on the roof truss beam during the process of hoisting. This accident reason was analyzed in detail. Pressure- grouting of epoxy resin and pasting steel plate were used to reinforce the roof truss beam. Good results were got at last.
