TURY ON THE STRESS-STRAIN RELATIONSHIP OF CARBONATION CONCRETE AND THE FLEXURAL PERFORMANCE OF THE CARBONIZED REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAM

摘要: 混凝土碳化是影响钢筋混凝土结构耐久性的重要因素之一。利用MTS815电液伺服试验机测出了碳化混凝土的受压全应力-应变曲线。与同等级未碳化混凝土相比,碳化混凝土的峰值应变基本保持不变,极限抗压强度提高16%~26%,而极限应变减少约20%。通过对在人工碳化室快速碳化的混凝土梁受弯性能的试验,分析了碳化混凝土梁受弯承载性能的变化特征,并应用ANSYS有限元程序模拟分析不同碳化深度对梁承载性能的影响规律。Abstract: The carbonation of concrete is one of the main factors which effect the durability of concrete structure. In the paper, the stress_strain relationship of carbonation concrete was obtained by MTS81 5 servo_control tester. Compared with the normal concrete of the s ame strength grade, the peak value of the strain of the carbonized concrete is almost equal. But the ultimate compress ive strength of the carbonized concrete is increased by 16~26 percent than the normal concrete and the ultimate strain is decreased by about 20 percent. The reinforced concrete beams were quickly carbonized by means of artificial accelerated carbonation condition. The ultimate loads of carbonized beams and the uncarbonized beams were tested, and their flexural deformation performances were analyzed. Bas ed on test, the carbonized reinforced concrete beams were simulated with the ANSYS definite element program, and the results were compared with the experiment. s res ults .
