THE ROOF STRUCTURE DESIGN OF GAMECO HANGAR AT NEW BAIYUN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IN GUANGZHOU

摘要: 介绍了广州新白云国际机场GAMECO飞机维修设施工程10号机库钢结构设计。该机库屋盖采用多级钢桁架结构体系,平行弦钢桁架沿纵、横向分级设置,形成由多级主、次桁架构成的空间受力体系。屋盖下弦布置悬挂设备的数量和吊重均为国内机库之首位。重点论述了其结构特点及结构方案,设计荷载取值,结构计算结果及其分析,钢材选用,连接节点等,为类似工程设计提供参考与借鉴。Abstract: It is presented the steel structure design of GAMECO No.10 Hangar at New Baiyum International Airport in Guangzhou.The roof structure of the hangar is made up of a multi-stage steel truss system.Suspended equipments on the lower chord level of the roof truss exceed those of any other hangars in China both in numbers and in weights.It is presented that main aspects of the structural design, including features of the structure, the structural scheme, load values for the design, the results of structural analysis, selection and determination of the structural materials, design of joints and connections, etc.
