EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF UNIAXIAL COMPRESSIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF STEEL FIBER IMPROVED HIGH-STRENGTH CONCRETE

摘要: 研究了钢纤维高强混凝土单轴受压应力-应变全曲线的特征。通过试验发现,在高强混凝土中掺入钢纤维,对应力-应变曲线产生了明显的影响,特别在钢纤维体积率Vf=1.5%及2.0%时,应力-应变全曲线出现了二次峰值,这在普通钢纤维混凝土及高强混凝土中从未出现过。同时由于钢纤维的掺入,对高强混凝土单轴受压的应力峰值、峰值应变及韧性都产生了不同程度的影响,从而有效地改善了高强混凝土的性能。Abstract: It is studied the complete stress-strain curves characteristics of steel fiber high-strength concrete.Resulting from the experiments, the complete stress-strain curve of high-strength concrete with the steel fiber comes to an appearent changes, especially at the steel fiber volume ratio(V_f) of 1.5% and 2.0%, the second peak value appears on the complete stress-strain curve, which cannot be drawn for the ordinary steel fiber concrete and high-strength concrete.At the same time, the values of the stress peak and peak strain and flexibility of high-strength concrete are influenced to the different extent by the variety of steel fiber volume ratio, so the steel fiber can improve efficiently the functions of high-strength concrete.
