RESEARCH ON OPTIMIZATION DESIGN OF DIAPHRAGM WALL FOR METRO STATION

摘要: 通过对上海软土地区几个地铁车站深基坑工程中地下连续墙弯矩和钢筋应力的跟踪监测,得到了这些基坑地下连续墙所受弯矩的包络图,并与地下连续墙能承受的弯矩极值进行对比,得到深基坑工程地下连续墙的弯矩承载能力尚有一定的发挥余地。分析了导致设计中地下连续墙配筋偏大主要是由于最大裂缝宽度控制值wlim=0.2mm引起的,若将地下连续墙的最大裂缝宽度放宽至wlim=0.3mm,则可以在满足深基坑工程地下连续墙的弯矩承载能力的同时,大大降低地下连续墙的配筋,减少工程投资,达到充分利用建设资金的目的。Abstract: From the survey results of some excavations, it is found that the designs of diaphragm wall are conservative:both the stress of reinforcing steel and the moment of wall are less than the design value.Through analyzing the theory of diaphragm wall design, it is found that the conservative design is caused by the allowable width of structure crack w_(lim)=0.2mm.It is analyzed if the allowable width of structure crack is broadened to w_(lim)=0.3mm, the ratio of reinforcement will be decreased, at the same time, the safety of the excavation is guaranteed and project investment will also be reduced.
